My recent post where TRUE CRIMES took "credit" for Hart Fisher joining In Cold Blog was intended as satire. It didn't occur to me that someone who knew better might take it seriously, until that possibility was brought to my attention. Soooo....just so you know...
In truth, it was the brilliant and talented Michelle McKee, the ruler of the ICB universe, who brought Hart to our attention in the first place. Just in case anyone hasn't figured out my sense of humor, I was having fun, not honestly asserting the reversal of reality. The TRUE part of the post is that Hart D FIsher joins In Cold Blog on Monday. It is an honor to be on In Cold Blog -- the #1 True Crime site on the entire world wide web.
I will assert, of course, that Don and I also invented the radio talk show format, and Dave Garroway used to sit on our collective knees as a baby. We also taught Ernie Kovacks to smoke cigars, and were responsible for the promotion of Lt. Motors to General Motors.
We did all that the same week that Al Gore invented the Internet.

Nobody Loves Alice director, Roger Scheck, grew up in McAlester Oklahoma where his interest in film was spawned by a close friend. While attending the North Carolina School of the Arts (Majoring in Cinematography) Scheck wrote, directed and produced his first feature film, Nobody Loves Alice. This film was shot on location in Winston-Salem, NC in 12 days over the winter break of his senior year of college. This film has since been picked up by Indie Pictures, a child of Warner, and is currently being re-mastered for it's television debut in 17 countries across Europe and Asia.

LOS ANGELES, CA- Crime Pays, Inc. founder and president Hart D. Fisher has announced that longtime collaborator Joseph M. Monks' debut feature, The Bunker, will air as the pilot episode of Fisher's Flowers on the Razorwire television series for the Indiepix cable channel. Beginning this fall, Indiepix will broadcast the new fright showcase as part of the American Horrors line up of programming to 120 million households in 17 countries.
The distribution agreement with Carol Angela Davis, Inc. and Global Broadcasting & Syndication Inc., calls for 22 episodes of American Horrors, which will feature Flowers on the Razorwire and other horror-related interviews, music videos & select horror features as part of it’s programming. Based on the 1990s Boneyard Press comic book series of the same name, production on the Flowers on the Razor series is already underway.
“Having written the screenplay for the first Flowers on the Razorwire episode, I was very familiar with the way Hart envisioned a full-on TV series,” says Monks.

Fisher, to talk film score composition, the creation of the iconic FRIDAY THE 13th scores, his life long association and friendship with Sean S. Cunningham, and so much more.

According to the latest Intenet broadcast ratings analysis, conducted by a panel of experts, or at least some guy to whom I slipped five bucks, TRUE CRIMES is the NUMBER ONE TRUE CRIME SHOW ON THE INTERNET BROADCAST ON SATURDAYS 2pm PDT!!! Of course, there aren't any other true crime shows on at that time, so that helps. Actually, we are #2 OVER ALL in world wide listenors for all streaming Internet shows in our time slot...sometimes we are #1. Of course, having Matt Alan on right after us, and having him produce the show, and having Don and I as regulars on his show helps build our audience week by week.
WHO IS ON THIS SATURDAY? Uhhhhhh....wellllll.....we think it is HART FISHER. But we have to confirm. I'll let you know...he is the very controversial guy who some people hate. No, I'm not Hart Fisher.
